Garrote is currently doing more damage than a full cp rupture. in pvp u take subterfuge and apply it on 3 people at once.

Creeping poison is also doing a ton of damage. it only takes a 1 cp envenom to apply and people run around and it never falls off

If it's from a levelling point of view, I found that leggo shoulders we well worth using, even in place of azerite shoulders, at least until 116. The azerite shoulders give you a nice chunk of agil and stam, but the bonus of having night stalker AND crit with HB was just too good.
