kind of depends on your gear though

if you were well optimized pre patch a full crit/mastery/vers setup will be much worse than haste rings and stuff

having higher haste and crit also makes it much easier to keep EP up in a chain for longer periods

some of the keys are also not great for the way that subterfuge works for us... if there are 3+ targets that you garrote it is great. but like upper kara doesn't have many trash packs like that.

In m+ you may see haste procs odd sephuz give you some juice for CT ticks.
