In terms of gameplay, unfortunate legendaries, would recommend doing LFR/Dailies even squeeze a daily pvp win every day for wakening essence, should easily throw 1-2 legendaries a week at you.
You need to TB before KB in your opener and throughout the fight, just got it the wrong way around atm. Used KB a few times before moving out on Garothi, so wasted dps there etc.
Couple occasions on tripple mutilating, overcapping your CPs. You're using vanish into rupture which is fine.

Ep/CT hit component Will probably beat out Pbomb on bosses with movement.
But TB hits pretty hard. Like 4K.
It will be easy to swap in/out until there is a clear winner.

i played a bit of both. and the pb radius seemed small and fast. if the boss gets moved it is 0. any flat footed fight like Varith would be fine.
@strange python CT has an initial HIT then a Bleed. the tick is pretty strong. at one point it was about as good as a rupture.
so the aoe cleave can be spammed in massive packs. it overwrites the bleed, but if you have a few ruptures up and can fok to 5, or mark a trash, I was using for CT.
overall meh. compared to outlaw cleave.
