sorry for the huge amount of fairly basic questions, but I can't wrap my head around subterfuge being better then nightstalker on single target (without shoulders). what is the big benefit? isn't it much better to get nightstalker rupture via your vanish? does the sim assume I won't always have the combo points for it or whatever?

without shoulder NS = 50% rupture damage and SUBT = 125% garrote damage, they are close dmg wise and its every 2 min

What are you doing with Mythic+ in BFA?
Tyrannical and Fortified are planned to be moved to level 2 affixes. At level 10, it created a large breakpoint. It also opens a level 10 affix slot that they're looking at a new category called kiss/curse where you get a benefit and a detriment.
