secondary is better for everything 2-8

If you’re numbers are indeed “so much better”, I can guarantee you it’s not because you swapped a talent worth 2% dps for a different talent worth 2%

And it’s much more likely the key itself was different in some way

But at the end of the day, if you feel better swapping to fatal conc, by all means feel free to do that

well, they are not you, on your case for single target the ring set is better, you can sim dungeon slice to test other scenarios, where the ring set might not be better

Being able to ignore the apex talents feels like it should be kinda fine in some cases, since they are talent points and technically "a choice", however it being from a random silly change to their spells is a bit silly ofc

I kinda like that sometimes it’s obvious to let it drop, sometimes it drops whether you like it or not, sometimes you can plan a bit ahead around when it’ll drop
