So my question is: How do you guys play hc dragons - do you go out of your way to keep Garrote and Rupture running on both dragons even when they are kinda far apart, or do you just go hard on one and slam some CT on adds?
Also how do you optimize Kingsbane in m+ pulls? Namely the non-deathmark one? Get your bleeds + envenom buff up, and just slam it on prio mob?

i mean, in general you wanna use dps cds whenever possible in WoW

ofc dont throw out a cd when a pack is at 40% hp and stuff

but most of the time its really just "send it" for everything

most boss fights in m+ in the +10 key range are like 2min anyway, so you dont really get a 2nd usage out of them anyway really (unless you wanna use your cds for the last 5% of a boss, which is a bit wasted tbh)

and in higher keys where the fights go on longer, you WILL get 2+ usages because, well, the fights are longer

as long as you dont end up having less casts of them, it doesnt really matter WHEN you use them
