you know, this goes back to what blizz confirmed was a bug in the loot pool for vaults. I suspect they are using character ID as an influence to the seed in the RNG (sorry im speaking programmer terms), so different people have different biases.
They recently did confirm there was a flaw in their vault RNG that made it bias things for people and made it harder to get other items which would relate to this programming flaw
i know in TWW s3 i didnt ever see a dagger in my vault.

Implacable is bugged in Blizzard's Cooldown Manager, there is no way to "fix" it.
Until blizzard fixes it, you just have to either count your envenoms or glance at your buff bar if you're trying to be optimal. Ignoring it when it bugs is <1% loss.

wouldnt the primary parse % column really be dictated by what the highest parse for that class is, so a lower geared person say a 260 in a hc comparing to a 275 would be very diff pcts, but if the 260 is doing well they can parse high in the ilvl %?

so its if im gathering right... put dots on with garrote and rupture, spread them with crimson then maintain the dots with garrote/rupture while spending combo points on envenom when youre not spreading bleeds.

It’s more like maintain garrote/rupture on main target, generate with crimson tempest if you’re in aoe in order to spread dots, otherwise you’re pressing fok/mut to generate and envenom to spend
The spread itself is a generator
So doesn’t inhibit your rupture/envenom

I believe it's patchwerk is the most accurate dps wise due to uptime/easiness to sim, other options are more guesswork, depends on conditions of fight, how well a tank gathers up adds on boss and such.
