I liked the 2 boss raids in between capstone patch raids. I also kind of wish the raid just released all at once with mythic, heroic, m+, all at once. I think it would be simpler for more casual players. you don't have the week of downtime after leveling. the mythic releasing earlier doesn't affect most people. RWF doesn't have as much scheming and prepping during heroic week. the shit just comes out and people slam. Makes them balance splits vs progress in real time.

Then when the tier is over we get a few weeks/months while the civillians work their way through the content. Then you slam an uunat type situation so the top guilds have something to do besides sales and we get to watch some more high level PvE. keep the rewards limited so it's doesn't feel fully mandatory. like a 3ilvl bump or something.

but really i just hope they stop developing wow so my still-addiccted friends stop asking me to come back

Improved Garrote Snapshots
Since June 2016 when Improved Garrote was added as an effect to Subterfuge, it has never snapshot stats. This is almost guaranteed to be a bug.

Currently Garrotes cast during the Improved Garrote window are snapshotting tick damage from Agility/Mastery/Vers. What this means is that you should Puzzle Box/Potion, then afterwards vanish and re-apply your garrotes.

No, you want to keep envenom chains going for the bonus damage until energy starts to become a problem then you let it expire to get the energy regen bonus from it dropping.

Spamming is only ideal when energy is flowing so fast you can't spend it -this might be during deathmark, during bloodust, or during execute.

But generally is not in the middle of the fight.
