Implacable works so weird with the CD manager. It isn't separate for the part that stacks and the part that actually gives you the energy buff so if you envenom while you have the energy buff it just doesn't show up. So you can only use it if you don't envenom during the regen buff. Weird.

I have done some Keys around 13/14 levels as sin and its fine. You do so good prio dmg in big pulls and some bosses live long for a second deathmark around 35% HP.
