well, sims show the energy apex will give you more dps. if you use the apex correctly, it helps keep your energy flowing. ive noticed you really mainly hit that energy starve period only after open on large pulls from CT spam, or if you arent letting envenom drop at 80.

• Negotiable Contract sounds okay in theory but is also just... not good? UPDATE: The new bad talent is a choice node with the old good talent finish the job. This kills the talent instantly and makes it fully dead and unplayable
