CT has to exist as a costly option with the payoff that it is the engine beyond your aoe spreading bleeds and giving you the energy back from venomous wounds. The venomous wounds part is fine as is, you get a shit ton of energy back with like 8-10 targets to sustain the rotation
and once you get those resources, the efficient usage of them would be fok/env
that's how it's intended to work on paper
CT gives you the resources that you need to then be more efficient pressing other buttons (fok)
and they way they've tuned it instead is that the combo points aren't worth it because caustic sucks
and fok is not more efficient
and so the entire thing fucking breaks
its fixable, but it relies on someone knowing that the issue is CT being far to powerful for what it's trying to do
and I don't think they get that, because they keep buffing fok and hoping it goes away

What's the solution to energy starvation? Feel like I never have any energy at all, even in aoe. Amplifying/Deadly with Atrophic/Crippling. You're limited to 2 lethal and 2 non-lethal.
Crippling can be skipped if the slow is a detriment for your situation.

You could, but i just oPie for my poisons. Puts them all on a nice wheel. I use it for almost anything not needed immediately (mounts, professions, toys, consumables, poisons, marking, etc.)

Hey everybody, I'm wondering about playing around pooling/Implacable. How necessary is it to stop casting envenoms when we're at the 80% buff mark? If it is, how are you all tracking that without just counting or looking at your buff bar (annoying)? Also, how are you all going about pooling to optimize damage? Are you doing it at all, really? It just seems like Implacable doesn't really do enough to be worth playing around, lol.

What I'm noticing now is that even when I am getting to 80, letting it drop, and just auto attacking for a second, I'm still getting to points where I'm just getting behind and I'm really energy starved no matter what I do (even with letting just 1-2 stacks drop like you suggest in the video). Is that a secondary stats problem, or just a tuning problem atm?
