This is correct.
Crest are uncapped as well, so it's pretty chill to just run Fungal Folly for 15 Runed to convert up to Gilded as well for some solo farming. I got down to like 7 mins per run on Prot Pally and 10mins on Resto Shaman last season.

I made a video last turbo boost about this, but I'm sure other delves/routes are more or less optimal. This can make devles faster for crest farming if you don't have a set m+ group.
