To get into detail, you want ruptures up on 5 targets for the Agi from your scent of blood stacks, and you want to use Garrotte as your combo point generator while Indiscriminate Carnage is up until all mobs have the dot, or until the IC window is over

But there’s also nothing wrong with just consuming darkest night whenever you see it up- it’s a good habit to have up front that you can then change down the line when you have more muscle memory and experience
