So I think the answer is that I must be doing something wrong in my rotation order but I'd be remise not to ask...on the training dummies I do more single target damage with the wowhead raid+cleave build (which sims at roughly 3.9 for me) than I do with wowhead raid single target (which sims at 4.5). I'm using the rotation that raidbots has in both cases so it's weird.

the changes between the builds are pretty substantial actually. raid+cleave is deathstalker and no cold blood. The ST build is fatebound with cold blood. I have CB macrod to KB in the ST build which seems to work well. The cast order is the same. I don't typically try to mimic raidbots rotation but I was trying to get apples to apples since the numbers are so off.
