Shiv before DM, your second shiv is outside of DM and KB window on your first DM+KB. Your second DM didnt have a second shiv, and you used two shivs on your 4th KB

Sometimes it will just happen. TECHNICALLY speaking shivving to go into your dn is better if you have the presence of mind to do it since your next max cp envenom will immediately reapply and hit like the fist of an angry god. But sometimes this just occurs

Currently I'm simming that it would be better to equip those bracer and craft hands (my off-tier and currently 684) with the writhing enchant, than to recraft my bracers. But I'm thinking the smartest play is to wait and see which slot I get mythic first, and then craft the other one with writhing? Any thoughts pls?

Sim dps isnt actual dps, its going to give you an idea on your highest output but it assumes 100% uptime and no misplays on your end.

this early into a tier, using gilded crests is generally not a "In the moment" situation.
what i mean by that is, that sure, in the moment it might be 2% to upgrade an old-season item from 690 to 720, but the odds of you being able to upgrade that 690 piece to like at least 705 or 710 baseline in the next week or two is pretty high if you play the game a fair amount, and those gilded crests wouldve been better spent on items youre not gonna replace

Preferences currently are wrist/dagger for embellishment depending on what you go for
Darkmoon Sigil Ascension (dagger) + Writhing Banding (wrist) is generally "the best" overall, but Blessed Weapon Grip + Dawnthread can be VERY VERY slightly better in m+
Always craft a dagger for at least an offhand. Put Ascencion or Blessed Weapon Grip on it. Additional Crafts should be Wrist (maybe Belt later in the patch after dropping the delve belt) for your second embellishment, after that whatever low item level slot is fine, necks can be good crafts.
If you have a myth track weapon in your main hand already read the above and pick whatever you prefer

There are no "recommended stat levels" or "breakpoint of X stat" or "required" amount of any stats. This is an outdated way to think about stats and simply is not relevant to the spec. If you're looking for a quick recommendation: Agi >> Crit = Mastery >= Haste > VersatilityIt's always more accurate to simulate your own character, as stat procs from trinkets/enchants can often de-value their stat relative to others. Stats are not a rigid construct, their values change constantly in relation to each other depending on your character.
- Signet of the Priory will require you have Mastery as your highest RATING (the actual number, not the %). Having Crit and Mastery close to one another will cause procs from Flask or Seaforium Pacemaker to cause your Signet to give you Crit. This is generally worse and will cause Signet to sim poorly.
- Compared to each other, Deathstalker wants more Mastery/Haste than Fatebound, and Fatebound wants more Crit than Deathstalker
- Always Always ALWAYS sim yourself through Top Gear and Droptimizer for accurate results

What typically happens to me is I do my open. Then what feels like 6 seconds later I do my raw DM. Then what feels like 13 seconds later I have my kB and DM. I immediately send because of excitement. And THEN realised that vanish is a mile off. Set in panic. But it's fine coz you're chilling for the next round just fucked the prism. Just gotta like watch the weird 30s kB thingo.

it has no stats and just a minor damage proc passively and you just choose when you want to roid yourself
If you had 2 1.5min cd sets left on a boss, lily would give you less damage than prism juicing the second set which is likely in zoldyck range.
