took me a little, but I find that visualizing how bad the PTR balance is maybe helps, the top image is current balance in raids on 90% myth sprocket at the end of 11.1 (release of raid), stretched so that the #1 spec matches the #1 spec from the bottom image
the bottom image is the same 90% myth sprocket but with the numbers from PTR (I didn't rearrange the specs obviously, but the bar length is the important part here).
Top to bottom on 11.1 is 26%, not counting the outliers (aff/destro/aug on the bottom, mm/surv on the top), it's 12%
Top to bottom from the ptr sheet is 75%, and I don't even know where to stop counting outliers tbh but if you take 3 from the bottom and 2 from the top like we did before we're still looking at 41%

Without even looking at sequencing, you’re losing a lot of your combo points
Remember our finishers are 5+ outside of darkest night
So if you’re always pushing to 7, you’re losing a decent chunk of envenom uptime
