lots of wowhead guides, simple armory has the ability to create a route for you as well
you could go to the secrets discord etc for the mount sections and information to help
but a lot of players will tell you commonly to focus on a handful at a time in batches
rushing through EVERY AVAILABLE option can cause some dramatic burnout
