ive been progging sprocket with vv build and i have a few questions about micro optimization things (dunno if im overthinking it or not, new to wow/rogue)

1. do i want to pool a little bit for my dry shiv so i can hit it with 2 rapid injection stacks for big dam? notice sometimes the envenom buffs fall off right before i do the big hit but if i just waited a bit to build dn with lots of energy i could get the 20% on my dry shiv

2. at 3mins the boss is hard to hit because he casts in lightning for a second so ive been holding my 3m kingsbane until hes in place but if i do that then for the 2nd intermission i will lose like 1-2 seconds of auto attack uptime during my dm+shiv before intermission if i send off cd, if i hold for intermission i can hit him the entire time but the odds of losing a last kingsbane 1m later because boss dies are higher, is it important to have full uptime at the tail end of dm or is gaining the odd minute kb usage better? unsure how much of sins dmg is in dm duplicating aa poison dmg and unsure how much of dm is frontloaded
