Issue is that PI doesn’t propel us anywhere we’re not already going.
S3 df at its height PI with dm helped kb reach max stacks and do insane damage; due to the reduction in stack max we hit it naturally so PI buffs a little bit of damage and gets us to max maybe a hair quicker. Other than that it’s just shoving more envenoms in, but more often than not we’re locked on globals during CDs anyway
