The trinket buffs are giga long, but only one to really care about on first glance is Junkmaestro's Mega Magnet, as we cheese it by casting it during lingering darkness for bonus damage, so a 20% buff is actually really strong

Assa Tuning Wise, we caught a buff, which is crazy imo, and we got a huge mutilate and ambush buff. Vicious Venoms is back on the menu for raids, but does not affect m+ builds at all, and the old 2 piece is dead so we're swapping to 4pc pretty much the moment we get it.

Across the board buff between 4-6%

Talent/Rotation Changes
Bleed build in m+ takes blindside over tiny toxic

For single target raid, vicious venoms is +0.7% by dropping imp gar, ma, and arterial for 2/2 vv and ttb. You can also keep arterial for the aoe instead of ttb, this would be +0.5%. This will be the preference on any fight with adds.

Fok conditions change slightly with Vicious Venoms Talented and the buff. The buff makes it so that blindside is +1 required target (so no blindside = 3, blindside = 4, m+ build with no blindside = 2, with blindside = 3). Vicious venoms then simply adds another +1 to all target counts. (clear the witnesses on 2+ still, fok to generate on 5+ with raid builds). With that being said however, you can clear your clear the witnesses buff in single target during lingering darkness still if you'd like, as this has shown to be neutral.

If you're on 6cp with darkest night, you should mutilate in single target with vicious venoms, fan of knives on 2+ targets.

In mythic+ we don't take vicious venoms, but bleed builds taking blindside will want to mutilate on 2 target. Hybrid doesn't take blindside and thus will still be casting fok on 2
