you get 4 keys/week from (koffer keys) each when used at the end of a delve gives you a champion piece.
you can loot a map from one of the other chests in a delve which if used spawns a extra chest, this extra chest contains a heroic piece.
Also if you do higher ones, there is a extra chest with mythic crests with a weekly limit of 3/week.
Keep in mind the coffer key chests are only in bountiful delves, so you probably want to do them.
