I ran the 2set pieces old, 2 set pieces new and now having the full 4 set, I dont see any significant increase in damage. Also simming the old gear setup with the new one, it doesnt seem to have any significant impact on my dps output.

Is the new set supposed to be played with a different style to leverage the bonus better, am I missing something?
