you cant deplete it if you have darkest night up, so for example if you have darkest night up and then vanish ambush, you have both 3 stacks of mark and darkest night

so you need to use the darkest night proc and then you can use the stacks

even if you have a semi-depleted mark already active

For example: I start at training dummys in stealth with an Ambush, applying my bleeds ( with at least 5 combopints ) sometimes the Deathstalker Marks getting depleted, so I can smoothly start with CDs withfirst Darkest night, sometimes the Deathstalker Marks dont get depleted.

Ambush (applies mark) -> garrote (here you have either 4 or 5 combo points) -> mut/fok if 4 -> rupture on 5+ combo points (1 stack used) -> build to 5+ -> envenom (2nd stack used) -> deathmark sequence

you dont build to darkest night before cooldowns anyways

or I mean you build towards it, but you dont reach it

The mark only depletes if you use a finisher with 5+cps in the target that has the mark. If you use finishers while targeting a mob with no mark, it does not get depleted

Preferences currently are wrist/belt/dagger for embellishment depending on what you go for

Darkmoon Sigil Ascension (dagger) + Writhing Banding (wrist) is generally "the best" in raid, but has ramp time and is worse in m+
2x Dawnthread (wrist/belt) is generally the best in m+ and not far behind of Ascencion/Banding for raids. Equal in single target at 80% uptime

Craft a dagger if you're unlucky and don't get one and are down bad and crying about your pathetic little 580 main hand dagger. Put Ascencion on it
If you have a big dagger in your main hand already read the above and pick whatever you prefer

If i hit him with a 7 Point combo finisher the Deathmark still dosent get consumed right, but after that it starts working again, like i put a new deathmark on it with a 7 Point finisher
