What do you guys do in scenario where you have 6+ enemies?
For example, as I've seen in guides, if there's 5 enemies, you just 2x garrote and 2x rupture and we are sure that all 5 enemies will have both bleeds on them.
But in scenario where there's 6 or more enemies, do you proceed and do the same (thus leaving you with 5 bleeds) or do you (aftering applying first set of bleeds) go for a target that has no bleeds on them and use bleeds so you guarantee yourself a sure 6 targets with bleeds.

Also, if there's for enemies, do you reapply bleed, is it worth for that one extra mob?

If mobs start dying before i can hit rupture targetcap i dont really go for it, i just do the 2x 2x but if im sure mobs live long enough to fully utilize it i go for all mobs pretty much. I feel the DPS starts popping off after like 10 seconds++ but if everything dies faster you never really get the benefit

Indiscriminate Carnage Targetting and Swapping
TLDRMouseovers/Target swapping is optimal on 6 target, or 8+ targets, but not necessarily required

• The 2 Bleeds spread by carnage are smart and will prioritize mobs without the bleed. If everything already has bleeds it'll apply randomly
• You as the character are still casting the bleed against your target like normal, this is why people will sometimes use mouseover macros or swap targets

Swapping targets is situationally better, but can be ignored if you're having difficulties with it. Take 5 mob aoe as an example, your first garrote cast will apply to 3 targets (your target + 2 more). Regardless of if you swap or not, your second cast of garrote will hit your target, and then apply 2 more garrotes, prioritizing the mobs that do not have garrote. In very large aoe pulls (12 or more), a standard opener (garrote-garrote-rupture-rupture-garrote-garrote) will only apply 9 garrotes (3+2+2+2) and 5 ruptures (3+2) if you do not swap, losing you 3 garrotes and a rupture.

It is technically worse, but the situations in which you lose bleeds aren't very common; the lost ruptures/garrotes don't contribute much to your already flooded energy, you don't get additional scent of blood stacks, etc. The loss is purely the extra damage from those bleeds.

So you macro skardyn's with deathmark, and then a bit later on you can throw the queen's mandate when you're not going to cap energy by clicking it. Stats: No Changes, still Agility >>>> Crit > Mast
Embellishments: No Changes, blessed weapon grip in m+ is equal to dawn/ascendance, so make sure to craft a dagger, it'll be good regardless.
Tier Bonus:
Compared to no tier:
2 piece is 4%ish -> GET IMMEDIATELY
4 piece is 4%ish -> Pretty decent but 2+2 is going to be better until around 662-665 ilvl tier.

This is still working a little strange, as the 4 piece can proc during the 4 piece, which might not be intended. We do not play around the tier set.

Trinkets:
Trinkets are incredibly strange currently. House of Cards/Signet of the priory is locked in for the first slot. Second slot can be any number of strong delve trinkets like mechano-core and ritual knife, eye of kezan, or seaforium pacemaker. Even Alch trinket is good, which kinda shows that trinket tuning is all over the place and most likely will be adjusted. Transmitter is still strong in raids until probably hero track trinkets.

Special Items (Cantrips):
No Cantrips other than the special Jasper Ring, which is just free bonus stats (once it gets fixed). Circlet remains best in slot by roughly 1% in all content with windsinger > skipper, making it roughly equal to a 700 item level ring. (They will nerf it again). There's a cloak with a movespeed buff for 1 second which is whatever.

Rotational Changes:
Some very small changes overall that lead to between 1-3% depending on situation and build. All of these changes are already present in sims:

• Maintain Crimson Tempest in Single target only if you are not talented into amplifying poison
• Fan of knives on 6cp if you have darkest night active (this is equal in raid builds but better in m+ builds)
• Thistle Tea conditions have been simplified in sims since playing around it was not a gain anymore. Macroing is optimal, auto-proccing is not a loss.
• Pooling conditions have been simplified in sims since some of the conditions did not show gains. Notably avoiding the auto-proc on tea, and anything to do with envenom uptime. Sims no longer evaluate envenom uptime in any logic. The only pooling that remains is pooling around 3-4 seconds into a kingsbane.
• The dry shiv. With lingering darkness from deathstalker after your deathmark, you will recover a shiv charge in the last 10-15 seconds. During this time if you proc a Darkest Night, shiv into a 7cp envenom for a large darkest night hit. This is the biggest gain in single target out of everything above me.
• Not new but a reminder, shiv in aoe without arterial does not buff caustic spatter, and can be ignored on 5+ targets. If you are playing with arterial precision, shiv is used dry without cooldowns in AoE, as long as crimson tempest is ticking, to get the additional bleed buffing.

The buffs
So far nothing note-worthy as our Bleed damage has been buffed but not to any major changes. Our Tier got buffed and fixed and is now respectably average. People have been playing bleed builds just as a test in mythic+, which loses even more single target but does big AoE damage. This is an option, and the wowhead guide has the build supported. The buffs coming with weekly reset will be in raidbots with the weekly reset. If the live servers do not have a class change, neither will raidbots.

which like if you're looking to get m+ title why even bother pushing keys before that

the minor patches in the season are going to cause like 200 points of title inflation and flip the meta anyways
