if you have a priority target that stays alive for longe, spatter will be a higher, otherwhise CT will be higher

but both are always #1 and #2

Elusiveness vs cheat death for 12-14 level keys - Elusiveness and dungeon knowledge is best?

Seems even with knowledge, I am wishing I would have taken cheat death.

Just seeking more input of maybe this dungeon for cheat death otherwise always elusiveness or something?

cheat will save you once due to a mistake

feint will save you the whole dungeon if you're doing it correctly and your healer isn't sleeping

but at a key level where it's making a 50% hit turn into a 30% hit or w/e

are you really getting that much value out of it?
