Just unbind poisoned knife honestly cause seeing this is vomit-inducing there is 0 reason to be using that shit. Also seems like you rupture way more than you should and garrote way less for some reason. A lot of gar rup rup gar and then nothing, or gar rup rup gar into a third rupture for some reason. Two ruptures is fine, you just need to max your scent, keep spreading stealth garrotes if there's more targets, get CT up earliy. Rotation looks pretty much fine aside from that

Assa has a good example of complexity too, I guess? Properly using your abilities to setup a good energy flow in AoE and then actually using that to do massive damage. It's more about understanding how stuff interacts, and when to use stuff properly. Whereas with Shadowdust, a lot of it was really. awkward or silly. And making a single mistake would desync shit. It felt less about understanding interactions and instead just looking at timings, to me.

I think shadowdust sub is one way to achieve the goal, not everything needs to be cooldown planning, but sepsis assa in abbrrus had some similar depth, assa could have actual like resource based gameplay instead of what we have now, outlaw could have like a meaningful weaving pistol shots in rather than slamming whatever is blinking or off cooldown, stuff like windwalker could’ve been really complex with the whole don’t hit same button twice but it really ends up being more like “alternate 2 buttons and if you have something off cooldown press it”, like that could be expanded, bm hunter could have combos with their pets, demon hunters could lean more into the whole fighting inner demon thing and kinda bouncing in and out of it at the right times, fury warriors could lean more into the berserk/fury side of it rather than just having rampage be the whole button. There’s plenty of ways things can get more complicated without it being shadowdust or more buttons. each spec already has a well defined fantasy and base gameplay, it’s just gotta lean into the cool moments and build synergies and reasons to press A instead of B and have some thought about going into damage windows with a certain level of resources to get the most out or making sure you’re doing the right sequence or lining up cooldown X with Y
