Not sure what you mean, they both do the same thing except with Transmitter you also have to do the minigame
Obviously like Skardyn better because you don't need to do anything extra, but Transmitter tends to sim higher

More often than not you're better off not pressing it and just using energy on hitting the mobs and letting your healers heal
