This ring is just an abomination, and the recent buffs that were announced didn't make it onto PTR, meaning that it probably isn't going to be live on Day 1 of the patch either and will need to be emergency hotfixed in and they'll probably emergency buff it just like they did with the onyx annulet from 10.0.7. It's a disaster and there really isn't much to say about it until Blizzard decides if it's catchup gear and leaves it alone, or buffs it to be uber BiS

top 10 is less to do with proper gameplay and more to do with conditions / kill times being set up to maximise dps
look at ansurek for example, they will do a lot more aoe than the average prog kill
I did more p1 dps than r1 but the way we played p3 denied me caustic dmg
anyways you can feasibly play fatebound on everything except broodtwister tbh
not really a noticable difference, I tested fatebound on ansurek for like 40 pulls

It's not letting me link highlights for some reason. Basically in the first prio section, it says "if you have 2 charges of shiv use here" but then doesn't say anything about where to use it if you have one. Elsewhere it says to save a charge for the end of Kingsbane, which makes sense. Then shortly thereafter, it says having shiv applied "right before" Kingsbane is a no brainer. I get that this is just assuming you have lightweight shiv, but at first glance if you read through the wowhead rotation section, it's fairly confusing on this point.

If I could make one suggestion having read through it, it would be to add conditions in the prio listings for what to do when you have just one charge (I think they already say "shiv here if 2 charges").

yeh the problem with conditions is they have to be listed out in text cause the lists get insanely complicated and messy if I do it via togglers
but if I add conditionals and asterisks to everything the guide becomes unreadable
