• Refreshing Envenom in pandemic instead of spamming it (mostly relevant for m+ without TTK, can be up to 0.5%)
• Otherwise nothing matters. Pooling before kingsbanes isn't important because of tea lining up and deathmark giving a huge surge of energy

Obvs we want our timings to ensure they're up for bosses - but with the trash side of things - Depending on the level of key I'm doing at the time I'm not having mobs live the full duration of things like kingsbane and death mark. Would we just chalk it up as "oh well" and ensure we're trying to pump them onto tanky mobs or still drop onto the prio targets regardless of getting the full time out of them?

so like u open garrote and indiscriminate carnage spreads to 3 close, rupture and it does the same... if you stay on the target , it applies to 2 others instead of 3 since you already have a bleed on that... so some people switch - tho some just take the hit and stay on same target
