but you also want to not cast cold blood if deathmark is gonna come up soon

so you end up with this weird situation where it doesn't REALLY line up

so macroing it and just pretending it's a 1 min cd is just much easier and it lines up with shivs naturally that way so you're critting envenoms during shiv
