Running out of energy in single target is completely normal, intended design of Assassination. You want to be playing for the highest uptime on Envenom, and not blindly spamming away all your energy. Rapid Injection, Sanguine Blades, and Vicious Venoms all play into this gameplay.

• 10% haste only contributes to around 2 actions per minute
• You should be playing for envenom uptime in single target

If you don't know about it, I recommend crafting with different stats first. Then recrafting crit/mast (sim yourself) so that you get free dagger upgrades

Running out of energy in single target is completely normal, intended design of Assassination. You want to be playing for the highest uptime on Envenom, and not blindly spamming away all your energy. Rapid Injection, Sanguine Blades, and Vicious Venoms all play into this gameplay.

• No, haste will not make this feel noticeably better.
• 10% haste only contributes to around 2 actions per minute
• You should be playing for envenom uptime in single target

First of all, get iw online, unless you know what you'r doing and where, the payoff of not playing it is not worth it. Secondly, the interchangeable talents are sd, db+sbs, ttk, ma and sb, and probably ds, but ds always sims last for me in any combination so... And in the rog tree 2/2 sub is probably best but not mandatory. You can combine 1/2 2/2 leth and wat or no wat. Consider that wat will always sim a bit higher than other talents cause it gives you an extra vanish chargue, and that chargue's value will get diluted through a 20m instance. But it also gives you a lot of flexibility for utility vanish so. NW for example wat is mandatory imo.

If you watch Whispyr's stream sometimes he'll envenom with 2 stacks and it'll set both bars to the same timer effecitvely erasing the second stack information, and I could never reproduce it even when I directly took whispyr's copy of the aura, it never happened for me and I haven't heard it from anyone else

But that's a bug, cold blood envenom tooltip says flip previous, so first cb envenom flips edge case, second one should also flip edge case, n then a vanish should double flip the edge case. But the bug forces a vanish after the first one. The bug also means we waste an envenom gcd in the MA window, n the forced early vanish means kb gets MA window in earlier part of the window than later. So perversely , deathstalker kbs can often beat fatebound ones cause they can chill n vanish last 6 seconds
