Missing a socket for example would shift your stats slightly. You should always compare your gear through top gear or droptimizer instead.
Pre-raid or Pre-season BiS is especially not helpful, and we do not have any of them. These are absolute meaningless bait for gear that you will be replacing the moment the season comes out. Use Top Gear/Droptimizer to compare against your character

opener is accelerated (you didn't pre-env dm > shiv > kb, instead opting to env after which imo is acceptable so long as you're aware and doing it for the right reasons). You could potentially rupture adds if they'd live 9s. TBH I think you're playing fine man, focus more on judging the process (what buttons you're pressing, what targets you're selecting and talents being chosen) instead of the result (dps number).
