yeah i noticed this, i believe the reason is because 11.7 is the total duration off all envenoms (i.e 9 + 2.7) being 2.7 is the second stack of envenoms duration left

So like, you can probably send them off every time they're set, yes, you can add a ScanEvents there, but you can't just interpret those events as "a new envenom buff", you'll have to do some figuring of which are new or which are updates, based on how I have done it, maybe you'd have different event names for each event to indicate it

IIW is busted yes. When you pop vanish for it the utility is insane not denying it. But WAT will give you 1 to 2 cast of vanish during a key. Is it meaninful ? Depends on the level of the group you are playing with/ if you are coordinated etc. If it save your key it is 100% op, if it doesnt it is barely impactful. It's a bit like cheat death/any procs. When it pop it is insane when you play and neve rpop it it is a wasted point.

Now will the average player base use the double vanish efficiently or in a meaninful manner ? not convinced.

Even in12+ you have other class not knowing about IW and blasting full CC on silenced pack.

I use lisonna’s weakaura for it, it’s a lot of custom code but essentially the way it works is that it tracks the duration of the envenom you just cast, and when you cast another envenom it iterates across all the envenoms currently active, 1 turns to 2, 2 to 3, and if its envenom #3 it gets deleted
