I just went for the ascension, A shit drops on dagger, and B I cannot run a M+ key and maintain the health for Dawnthread. I get maybe 30-40% uptime on it. Pugging is SUPER rough this season, and it seems healers don't like to heal. Many times I've used health pots, cookies, and using vial on cd just to maintain myself at 30-40%hp while I wait upwards of 15-20sec to get a heal from a healer.

Indiscriminate Carnage Targetting and Swapping
TLDRMouseovers/Target swapping is optimal on 6 target, or 8+ targets, but not necessarily required

• The 2 Bleeds spread by carnage are smart and will prioritize mobs without the bleed. If everything already has bleeds it'll apply randomly
• You as the character are still casting the bleed against your target like normal, this is why people will sometimes use mouseover macros or swap targets

Swapping targets is situationally better, but can be ignored if you're having difficulties with it. Take 5 mob aoe as an example, your first garrote cast will apply to 3 targets (your target + 2 more). Regardless of if you swap or not, your second cast of garrote will hit your target, and then apply 2 more garrotes, prioritizing the mobs that do not have garrote. In very large aoe pulls (12 or more), a standard opener (garrote-garrote-rupture-rupture-garrote-garrote) will only apply 9 garrotes (3+2+2+2) and 5 ruptures (3+2) if you do not swap, losing you 3 garrotes and a rupture.

It is technically worse, but the situations in which you lose bleeds aren't very common; the lost ruptures/garrotes don't contribute much to your already flooded energy, you don't get additional scent of blood stacks, etc. The loss is purely the extra damage from those bleeds.

If ur asking about what we bring that you can call out, we have an AoE blind on a 1 minute CD and distract, which can temporarily stop patrols.

Stuff that's harder to call for immediately are Kidney Shot, a stun that scales with combo points spent, so can take a few globals to get out. We also have our silence cleave via Iron wire. This is tied to our stealth, so it usually comes out on pull and every 2 minutes-ish with vanish. It's tied to a improved garotte so we usually use it for damage, but you can ask to hold it for an extra interrupt on a scary caster pack.

Personally I find the most beneficial thing my ass rogue does outside of damage is iron wire. That is a talent that silences up to 3 mobs for 6 seconds after coming out of stealth. You can spam it a few times to silence whole packs of mobs

How does Echoing Reprimand Work?
When Used and awards a Blue combo point/s, does the number of blue point need to be equal to the normal red to award 7 combo points?
so for example one red + one blue consumed = 7
two reds + two blue consumed = 7
2 red + one blue = not 7?
and other variations

As he said it's changing, but just for fun I'll answer. If your last combo point spent is a blue one, it consumes the blue spot and acts as if you spent 7. So if you had all 3, then envenom at 3 energy, it will cast as if it were 7 and consume the blue

So it depends sole on your last combo point being a blue animacharge
so 1 red + 1 Blue as last = spent as 7
X red + X blue as long as last = spent as 7?

Echoing Reprimand has been redesigned – After consuming a supercharged combo point, your next Mutilate/Sinister Strike/Backstab strikes with an Echoing Reprimand dealing Physical damage....seems like a huge nerf

like .. .if bleed duration causes vers to become more valuable, then doesn't haste become even MORE valuable because of the extra ticks? whic essentially invalidates the idea that vers becomes more valuable because youd get more value out of haste

Hey guys do you think its worth to have 2 focusing lens if you have the seal of poisoned pact? Heard there is a synergy between the two.
But then some people say lens is worse than ascension right now and will be even worse in the future because it is mere damage focused while ascension is stat focused.
Im a noob and if focusing lens with the Pact is actually worth it, ill craft wirst and boots but if not, I guess ill craft a weapon instead.

the ring, like basically every item in the game, is based on a proc per minute system

it is incredibly easy to saturate the full proc rate

with even a little bit of nature damage

we do a ton of hits of nature damage with poisons and envenoms and all that

but it makes no difference

cause the bonus proc is like 1 per minute

maybe 2 per minute
