Watching CasualAddcits video of the +15 dungeons. He isn't casting crimson tempest until fairly deep into his deathmark/kingsbane cooldown. I'm not 100% clear on what takes dps prio in 5+ target pulls. Is doing caustic spatter + kingsbane after indiscriminate carnage better than getting a crimson tempest up?
