Do we know how much crafting profession knowledge we can loot from "chests"?

Ex; On my DK (who is mining/BS) i can find a coreway billet and a slab of stone, each of which only giving me +1 BS knowledge. all my mining knowledge comes from the slabs of slate/erosion polished stone you find from actually mining.

Does anyone know how many of those free knowledge points for blacksmithing (or any other crafting profession) you can find every week from chests n wax piles?

Darkmoon Sigil Ascension (dagger) + Writhing Banding (wrist) is generally "the best" in raid, but has ramp time and is worse in m+
2x Dawnthread (wrist/belt) is generally the best in m+ and not far behind of Ascencion/Banding for raids. Equal in single target at 80% uptime

Craft a dagger if you're unlucky and don't get one and are down bad and crying about your pathetic little 580 main hand dagger. Put Ascencion on it

Missing a socket for example would shift your stats slightly. You should always compare your gear through top gear or droptimizer instead.

Pre-raid or Pre-season BiS is especially not helpful, and we do not have any of them. These are absolute meaningless bait for gear that you will be replacing the moment the season comes out. Use Top Gear/Droptimizer to compare against your character

2x Dawnthread (wrist/belt) is generally the best in m+ and not far behind of Ascencion/Banding for raids. Equal in single target at 80% uptime
