And it increases them dynamically

For example, meaning that if a dot ticks for 100 damage, then you pop a madtery buff, it now ticks at 120

And once the mastery goes down, it goes back to 100

But for the duration of the buff, it increases all bleed/poison damage

Preferences currently are wrist/belt/dagger for embellishment depending on what you go for

Darkmoon Sigil Ascension (dagger) + Writhing Banding (wrist) is generally "the best" in raid, but has ramp time and is worse in m+
2x Dawnthread (wrist/belt) is generally the best in m+ and not far behind of Ascencion/Banding for raids. Equal in single target at 80% uptime

Craft a dagger if you're unlucky and don't get one and are down bad and crying about your pathetic little 580 main hand dagger. Put Ascencion on it
If you have a big dagger in your main hand already read the above and pick whatever you prefer

If you have pieces with other stats from you vault than the bis profile does it can change

Mine also looked like that when I started Assa. You just overvalue dotting everything. You'll do more damage when you learn what the sweetspot is to get energy generation running and start to pump envenoms more on prio targets it'll fix itself and you'll do more overall
