ECHOING REPRIMAND AND DEATHSTALKER HAS BEEN FIXED

Echoing/animacharged combo points work with the mark, as well as with darkest night, go crazy (please don't go crazy)
Super tldr is take resounding clarity and 1/2 lethality. Single target around +0.8%ish, but only because a new/returning bug is back, about 1% in dungeons
Bug stuff out of the way first. While darkest night is up/active, you cannot consume mark stacks anymore. This is a bigger problem for sub than for us, but it kills vanish->ambush without improved garrote. If you have no idea what I'm talking about don't worry about it, hopefully this bug gets fixed quick, it's worth like 0.7%ish, not huge but not small.

Number/Math Stuff (generalized at least)

Single Target Comparison
Raid stuff is weird cause of the bug, you can play the regular build, or 1/2 vicious with improved garrote, or 2/2 vicious with improved garrote and no improved poison, or improved garrote+sanguine blades with no vicious. It's a wild time and everything is basically equal and close and just play something idk man it's so many combinations and dependant on gear and just a mess. Copy the APL in the sim in order to emulate the vanish bug. Or don't idk. Use the sim as a guidance point and go from there.

Dungeon stuff is.... I mean resounding clarity is good but it doesn't make a big impact. Here's some comparisons number wise in bis (deathstalker/echoing is +1% better than before roughly):
