  My doubt is: do the DN buff stays up even if we ambush (giving us both 3 marks and DN buff) or we just skip this 7cp envenom?

2. In Mythic+ using DS Hybrid build I feel like I keep landing on 6 points and it feels so bad to FoK to get the 7th point and waste so many CP just for the mark. Is it still best to do?

3. Are there a lot of times where you simply don’t end up using the ER combo point as DS since it can be on 3 or 4 and it doesn’t consume or apply mark unless under buggy conditions?

2x Dawnthread (wrist/belt) is generally the best in m+ and not far behind of Ascencion/Banding for raids. Equal in single target at 80% uptime

Craft a dagger if you're unlucky and don't get one and are down bad and crying about your pathetic little 580 main hand dagger. Put Ascencion on it
If you have a big dagger in your main hand already read the above and pick whatever you prefer
