• Correct, there has been a newly found... bug? interaction? With the Mark and Echoing Reprimand. It requires you to have your 3rd combo point be animacharged, the Mark be applied from Darkest Night, and then consuming the animacharge with Envenom. Should all those conditions be met, it will consume a stack of the Mark as intended.
  Does Blizzard know?
• There is no way they don't know. This has been mass reported, screamed from the rooftops, highlighted in every wowhead article, youtube video, forum post and stream since Deathstalker was revealed in alpha. The only thing we can do is keep reporting the bug through the in-game report, making noise on forums, and waiting.

I mean, I can see it from the pov, that you dont want to play Deathstalker since you want to play the easy hero talent. And you want to run m+. So you look at the wow head guide and see, there is no Fatebound m+ build so you take the recommended Deathstalker build thats easy (bleed) and then just play it with Fatebound. And bam, you play Fatebound + Echo.

Personally I’d wait to see how your first week in mythic plus/raids goes in terms of loot before committing to crafting something early

But the biggest dps upgrade for melee will always be main hand weapon

So it’s not a bad choice by any means

When looking at the sample opener for fatebound and deathstalker, wouldnt i be able to cast another improved garrote at the yellow indicator instead of the mutilate to increase the garrote uptime and delay the use of vanish for increased improved garrote uptime?
