Little M+ questions, when I go into a pack I can get out probably 9 enhanced garrotes and 3 to 6 ruptures at best.

• Should I try putting more ruptures out afterwards or just go into burst
• Should I vanish on CD to try and refresh garrotes/ruptures whenever they ran out
• My tank is mean and leaves no downtime to restealth, am I doomed to play outlaw again ?

1.) If you play Bonespike, you will get 6 ruptures instantly anyways. If not, you should have 6 in the IC window. That is more than enough for Scent of blood talent and energy reg.
2.) Vanish on CD generally is good, since it is a dps CD. Doesnt matter if you play 1 or 2 always line one with the next Deathmark + Kingsbane.
3.) It sucks, but the dps loss isnt that bad. Not sure how the numbers are exactly but garrote is around 14% of your damage, so you lose the improved garrote and some instant rupture cast. These you can balance out with vanish + CDs, when you have your burst ready every 2 mins. Correct me if i am wrong pls, thats just my xp on beta rn. Played way to many keys for my sanity.

Explanation of why restealths aren't as important as you might think:

• Garrote does roughly 14% of your damage overall in a key. This means from 100% improved garrote uptime to 0% improved garrote uptime, you would be losing 4.6% of your overall damage
• You can add in some sanguine/rupture value from carnage, but chaining allows for higher uptime and smoother energy overall, eliminating a lot of ramp at the start of a pull

• You still have vanish which gives you plenty of options to get your stealth effects
• This has been supported by logs and by simulations, for many years

I find the fear of not getting restealths, even if they did matter, to be a little overblown. I find I get them fairly often throughout dungeons, and I've heard the TWW is a lot slower paced in terms of pulls so it should be even easier

garrote is not that important after the ic window so just enough ruptures for energy/scent of blood. In aoe you press mut once every 9-10 seconds to keep spatter up, otherwise you press fok in 3+ targets

It really varies. Try not to get hard stuck on the idea of a specific rotation. Just make sure you blanket garrote and rupture, then apply Tempest. Focus a high hp mob for caustic.

Explanation of why restealths aren't as important as you might think:

• Garrote does roughly 14% of your damage overall in a key. This means from 100% improved garrote uptime to 0% improved garrote uptime, you would be losing 4.6% of your overall damage
• You can add in some sanguine/rupture value from carnage, but chaining allows for higher uptime and smoother energy overall, eliminating a lot of ramp at the start of a pull
• This is compounded by the fact that you simply do not lose that many restealths (chain heavy spiteful weeks are only about -30% on stealths)
• You still have vanish which gives you plenty of options to get your stealth effects
• This has been supported by logs and by simulations, for many years

5 is a rough number to sustain your energy but depending on situation you might need more or less
