Guys, need some tips to maxx kingsbane and deathmark in aoe environment (running AP)

From what I understand, we go shiv->dance->kingsbane on prio target and keep up shiv debuff inside kingsbane, while spreading/refreshing garrotes in the dance, and using tea in the last 5 seconds for mastery, right?

And we always pair deathmark with empowered garottes and kingsbane
