You can add that trigger to any WA you'd like and use its information within the aura however you'd like. Results may vary depending on how you do so and what the WA is. I've made a ton of WA so I don't know exactly the one you're referring to.
If you're talking about the full pack above, you could add an indicator for health as an aura somewhere, whether it be a standalone WA placed on top or in one of the groups, or as part of one of the elements already there. For example you could add a Text element to the Energy bar, and have it be based on health %, or you could change colors based on health %.

Yes, but then it isn't present for the start of kingsbane. Lacking the buff for the beginning of kingsbane then the last 3 seconds at full power is simply less damage than having it present for the entirety of kingsbane. IIRC the optimal time to use it was at ~11 seconds left on Kingsbane (3 seconds in), at least last season. However it's easier and not much worse to just use it with KB directly

that highly depends on your team/raid etc
in raid if your in a boost just use it on pull 😄 If your in mainraid and know that some people like to lavasurf and die use it as early as possible. Grieftorch is just estimating when people are dying and not losing one reset of grieftorch. Dont forget grieftorch has a 20 sec internal cd anyways

I only started messing it with this week rather than the hybrid build. It can make for some truly comical moments. Some crazy execute damage with enough ruptures out/trinkets active/aoe shiv. I think its some of the most fun you can have in a dungeon and worth playing in a good chunk of dungeons on fort weeks. I don't see myself playing hybrid anymore tbh
