so sanguine doesn't need another 100% damage on top, it's scaled cause the bleeds are scaled

and that's all fine, it's needed to prevent double dipping

but then when they scale health and stuff on bosses in the awakened raids, the restrictions they put on those types of effects in order to prevent the double dipping comes back to bite them in the ass

when those multipliers which are scaling the bleed damage correctly, are then blocked/reverted/ignored by the residual effect

there's lots of spaghetti code and stuff thats involved in it

but that's kinda the short of it
