I don't get how to deal dmg in keys. If i dot everything, like wowhead says, everything is too low to use any cds. If i skip some dots and use cds instead i deal no dmg either. Yet i had some pulls where i thought i fucked up everyhing but did twice as much dmg as usual.

Rupture is a delivery mechanism for caustic and energy

The sooner those things come out the better

The start of kingsbane does fuckall for damage so we can push rupture/caustic back
