When using garrote in M+, do I need to rotate targets or will using it 2-3 times on a single target during a big pull spread it to most the mobs?

Using it on a target without garrote will net you 3 garrotes, using it on one that already has garrote will only result in 2

So if you pull 5 targets you can just garrote the same twice

On 6 you wanna switch

On 8 you can switch once and garrote the same one twice

On 9 you need to switch... So on and so forth

Keys are a lot - so I’m going to give out the caveat of “every situation calls for different needs” but generally if I was prio’ing a target at some point, I’d cast dm/vendetta on cd. If you’re the source of all the aoe and you gotta spread those bleeds faster than just downing one guy, makes it harder

I'm at 483 Ilvl and bring CT & sudden demise for keys under +22. Enemies die far too quickly to invest into single target builds like Zerocool's - which work better in keys higher than 22

Does anyone know of a weakaura that will count the total damage of bleeds applied to your target? trying to have a visual tracker for sudden demise
