the issue on pi/aug is that any spec that is almost fully indexed it's damage inside that 2m timeframe. . . will always get more benefit out of it than others (or 3m with shadow pi)

Most sky is falling people are worried about losing PI/Aug after the changes, not necessarily the 3% on its own. If that's the case your personal raid damage will look significantly less than it is now.
