Hey folks, I have a hard time understanding the sanguine blades talent. It feels like I'm not able to pop under 150/300 energy ever due to the damage it gives. Now, I realize I might have read the talent wrong and that it's fine to dip sub 150 energy(or well, 50% energy) as long as I tip over 50% energy when I apply garrote , rupture or crimson tempest.. can anyone confirm this? Or am I needing to be above 50% energy at all times for them to do the most dmg?
