Yeah, that’s just dslice, outlaw has no burst so it has good representation in dslice, burst/dot/ramp classes will not show up the same way. You can’t use sims to compare across specs

damage profiles and skill will matter. Outlaw is hard target capped, and plays entirely different. Play both see which one you like. both are very viable. Outlaw is potentially easier in a pug scenario because of less gap on resets/empowered garrote uptime. But if you are comfortable on assass you wont struggle either ways. You are comparing apples to oranges, different damage profiles different class designs, different playstyles. Both outlaw and assass are being ran at 25+ keys with no issues

The ordering is handled at the group level by the Grow setting, which is a custom function for all of our packs (mine included). You'd have to modify that code. Honestly flipping the big/less row to the bottom probably isn't that bad, it wouldn't be for mine, but it would involve some degree of editing in both cases

I think having 2 active trinkets is no bueno because of the shared “global” 30 second cd, branch lines up perfectly with death mark so you could (and I do) have it macroed together.

Having branch on cd because of a different active trinket isn’t something I’d feel like juggling, I’m much more of a set it and forget it type, having a 2 minute use and a passive are perfect for that
