i typically do the envenom > dm > shiv > sd+kb for the full opener. Without DM its just envenom > shiv > sd+kb

or, you can do a new target, and you will get 3

so 5 targets, just garrotte/rupture the same target twice

for 6, you need to swap to cover 6 targets
